About Stan

I graduated Theodore Roosevelt High School. On my 18th birthday I joined the Air Force.

I served a tour in Viet Nam.

I met my wife Kathie Munson (another airman) at McGuire AFB, NJ, It was a whirlwind romance. We met on a blind date in January 1969 and were married on July 14, 1969.

later in July. after we were married, I was assigned to Lakenheath Royal Air Base. in England. Kathie joined me in October. We were lucky to be assigned together during our entire career.

We were stationed in England, Texas, Georgia. Turkey, Germany and Grissom AFB, Indiana, where we retired.

I served over 27 year and retired as a Senior Master Sergeant. Kathie served over 25 years and retired as a Master Sergeant. We have one son, Michael. and two grandchildren. Erin 17 and Shawn 12.

I also retired after 22 years at the Logansport State Hospital and now enjoy the company of my family, two cats and two dogs.
